You do not have to go to court alone. Let me help you. I am a fighter!
Will the court let either parent move with the child?
Whether or not the court will intervene on behalf of either party may depend on how the issue was addressed in any prior agreement or court order, the amount of time that has passed since the agreement or order, the court in which the motion to relocate can be brought, etc. These cases are fact-specific. Therefore, it is important to have an attorney who is able to preserve your right in the original agreement or court order, and who will fight for you when the issue arises.
