Modification Lawyer

You do not have to go to court alone. Let me help you. I am a fighter!
Will the judge change custody or visitation orders?
Some judges are reluctant to modify prior orders. Has there been a change in circumstances since the prior order was entered? Is the child starting school for the first time? Do you want to be the residential parent for school purposes? Do you feel that the current lifestyle of the other parent negatively affects the child? An experienced trial attorney has the best chance to build your case through admissible documents, experts, witnesses and other evidence.
I feel that I am getting too little or paying too much child support. Will a lawyer get a better result than just going through the child support office?
Has there been a material change in income or child expenses since the prior order was entered? Are the payments regularly late? Is the child support enforcement agency as interested in your case as you'd like? When you hire an attorney, his or her duty is to zealously represent you. A mistake of up to 18 years will cost you much more than the attorney fee to get it right. The longer you wait, the more dollars like water will pass under the bridge, and you will not get them back.
What documentation do I need?
